A strong-caption formula + a call-to-action library sorted by your goal

What does it mean?

Content with no clear call to action = views with no result. A strong caption builds expectation (hook → value → one CTA). The golden rule: one ask per post — if you request a purchase, a follow, and a save at once, most people do none.

The strong caption formula

  1. 1Hook: a first line that stops the scroll (a question, a surprising number, or a promise).
  2. 2Value: one or two sentences — what exactly does the follower gain?
  3. 3Proof: an example, a result, or a detail that makes it believable.
  4. 4Call to action: one clear command — never ask for two things at once.
