What does this number mean?
The app's commission comes off the price, not the profit — and that's the trap: a 25% commission on a 37%-margin dish eats two-thirds of your profit. The answer isn't quitting the apps; it's knowing two numbers: the breakeven price (below it you lose) and the profit-preserving price — and pricing inside the app around them.
